Bed Adhesion

Bed adhesion products that keep first layers down and make finished parts easy to release.

Our Siddament PVP/VA powder mixes with water and isopropyl alcohol — 250ml water, 250ml alcohol and 5g of powder for a full bag. Applied to a bed above 90°C with a spray bottle or acrylic paint marker, the carrier flashes off and leaves a thin PVA film that both improves adhesion and acts as a release agent. Reapply every 5–10 prints.

One 5g bag makes up to 500ml of solution, which is thousands of prints.
