Refund Policy – Spoolify Filament
At Spoolify Filament, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Opened or used filament rolls
- Custom orders or specialty products
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
